My name is Karis, and I am the proud owner of The Mama Doula. As a passionate advocate for my clients, I strive to make education about birth and parenting available to everyone. I specialize in supporting families as a Doula, Infant and Child Development Specialist, Childbirth Educator, and Medical Advocate.

Additionally, I am an artist who designs a variety of physical products, as well as digital clip art and downloadable resources.
